Cancellation Policy
i charge a 30% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment.
no call no shows will not be able to book again.
deposits are transferrable only if notified 48 hours before the appointment.
if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded. if i am still able to take you, you will be charged a late fee.
you can reschedule once for free, afterwards it is $10 for every reschedule.
